April Stamp of The Month
This month’s Angel Company SOTM set is Friendly Greetings TAC-2784. You can purchase this set for the special price of $6.95 with any retail order of $30 or more.
Here are some quick & easy samples using the Friendly Greetings set:
This first card was made from Pink Bazzill cardstock and patterned paper from the Catelyn Collection. The background was stamped with the Swirl GWP in Burnt Umber Palette ink. The “dog” was stamped in the same ink and colored with Prismacolor Watercolor Pencils. I used the Niji waterbrush to blend the pencils. Pink brads were added for fun.

This example uses Ultra Smooth White cardstock, Blue Matchmakers cardstock, and more patterned paper from the Catelyn Collection. I used the Mega & Giga Scallop Circle Clever Lever punches for the main part of the card. Ballet Blue Palette ink was swiped across the blue textured cardstock, and Tombow markers were used to color the image.
This card shows one of the great advantages of unmounted stamps. I cut the text away from the image in order to stamp the two separately. The ovals are Sizzix dies. Paper used are Red Bazzill, Ultra Smooth White, Brown, and Rustic Chic. Inks are Noir Black and Burnt Umber. I used Tombow markers and paper piecing to “color” the cowboy.
