Card Ministry – Birthday Cards
While I had my retired “Bella Flor” cardstock out for the anniversary cards, I got an idea for some cute “girlie” birthday cards. I used the TAC stamp set “Little Cupcake” from the Spring Magalogue Serendipity, and “Thinking of You” from the new base book.

The images are stamped in Noir Black Palette ink onto Ultra Smooth White cardstock that I punched out with my Marvy Scalloped Square Punch. I used my Tombow markers to color the images, and added Crystal Stickles to the flowers and cake stand.
The really fun part was using the index sheet from the retired “Bella Flor” cardstock collection. I cut out each sample square, you know the ones that show what all the pattern cardstocks look like, and mounted the stamped cardstock to that layer. I then adhered the whole thing to Yellow Bazzill cardstock. The sentiment is stamped in Claret Palette ink.

Here’s a close-up. You can’t really see the sparkle of the Stickles, but they make the design fun!
