Ginger Joy – Vintage Stamp Set November 2007

November 2nd, 2007 by Tracy

Okay, I just love this little guy! Here are a couple easy projects using Ginger Joy:

 Ginger Joy Tag

This first project is a quick tag. Just fold a 7″ x 2 1/2″ piece of red cardstock in half to measure 3 1/2″ x 2 1/2″. Hand draw “stitches” along the border with a Micron black pen. Stamp Ginger Joy in Noir Black Palette ink on brown cardstock and cut out. Color with red Tombow marker and white Prismacolor pencil. Cut out stamped image and adhere to tag front. Use a Crop-a-Dile to first punch a 3/16″ hole, and then set a white washer from the Lilly Anna hardware collection on the front of the tag. Tie a red gingham bow through the washer and you a have an adorable gift tag!

Ginger Joy Card

This second project features another Ginger Joy stamped image, colored and cut out just like the one on the tag. Mask the right side of the natural card front and stamp Ginger Joy randomly in Moulin Rouge Palette ink on the left. Adhere Ginger Joy cut out on the right and stamp “Warmest Wishes” in Cognac Palette ink  below image as shown. Thread a red spiral clip to wired gingham ribbon and attach to card front.
