Gratitude Thank You Card

June 1st, 2007 by Tracy

This thank you card is a great examples of the “distressed” look. First I used a sanding block to distress the front of a card made from purple Match Makers cardstock. Than I randomly stamped leaves in Noir Black Palette ink, then swiped the ink pad across the card front. The same technique was used on the green Match Makers cardstock panel.

The floral image was stamped in Noir Black Palette ink and then colored with Lyra Watercolor Crayons and a Niji Waterbrush. I used a Gray Tombow Marker to create the shadow at the bottom of the image.

I used the Noir Black Palette ink to stamp the word “gratitude” on the satin ribbon, which I then wrapped around both panels and layered to the cardfront. (All stamps The Angel Company.) Simply Divine!
