October 2007 Stamp of the Month
This fun and funky set just makes me giggle! For this card I started with light blue Bazzill cardstock for the base. I sponged Cotton White Stazon Opaque ink(S-8110) to create the feeling of clouds, then stamped the cat image in Noir Black Palette ink(TT-220). I couldn’t resist a little paper piecing on the cat’s wings & body, and the Lilly Anna cardstock collection(V-833) was perfect! I sponged Chartreuse Palette ink(TT-210) on the torn edges of the green cardstock to give the “hills” a little more dimension, then layered them to the card front. The final touch was the sentiment stamped in Noir Black.
