Sunflower Chalk Card

I really love the VersaMagic chalk inks! I love the subtle texture they create on my stamped projects, and I REALLY love the colors! This card is great as a thank you, thinking about you, or just because card. 

Sunflower Chalk Card Layout 

 Supplies:

TA-2301 Truly Blessed stamp set

V-47 Bazzill Greens Cardstock, Lt. Green 8 ½” x 5 ½” folded to 4 ¼” x 5 ½” V-47 Bazzill Greens Cardstock, Dark Green 2 /8″ x 2 ¾” V-49 Bazzill Yellows Cardstock, Dark Yellow ¼” x 5 ½”V-290 Premium White Cardstock, 2 1/8” x 2 ½” R-2502 Whimsy Blossoms™ paper, Sunflower pattern 2” x 5 ½”    S-911 Mango Madness VersaMagic™ Ink PadS-960 Tea Leaves VersaMagic™ Ink PadA-505 Jewel Tones Chalk KitF-20 Tombow Blending PenF-73 Primary Spiral Clip - YellowAdhesive  Directions:

  1. Layer Sunflower pattern paper and Dark Yellow Bazzill paper to light green card front as shown.
  2. Use Mango Madness VersaMagic ink pad to stamp sunflower onto 2 1/8” x 2 ½” white cardstock. Without reinking stamp, rotate stamp slightly and stamp sunflower again to create layered look. Stamp flower center in Tea Leaves VeraMagic ink pad.
  3. Pick up dry chalk with tip of blender pen and highlight stamped image. (You may prefer to blending chalk a little on scrap paper first.)
  4. Stamp sentiment in Tea Leaves in VeraMagic ink onto 2 1/8” x 2 ½” white panel.
  5. Layer stamped panel to dark green panel. Attach yellow spiral clip to layered panels, and then to card front as shown.
